Ultimately, it is up to You

 

One of the things that is really important to me is authenticity; and this means being really honest with you.

 

Being Healthy is up to You; no-one can do it for you.  This is some thing that you will do for yourself.  You are totally and fully in charge of the food that goes into your body; you are the person who takes yourself out for a walk.  When we were a babies, we were dependent on our parents and/or carers to do things for us.  As young children we started to take command of ourselves.  When we didn't want to eat, most likely we didn't.  I have a young nephew and when he has had enough to eat, he knows it and we all know it as well.  If we wanted to run around and jump we mostly did. Now as adults we are fully in charge of everything we do, or want to do.

 

If you truly want to change the way you eat and lose weight, change your body shape, create a Healthy lifestyle - it is absolutely up to You.  I some times have clients say "I have no choice" or "I don't have time".  We always have choice and we have exactly the same number of hours and minutes in our day as every one else. 

 

This is one of the most important aspects of our philosophy.  My mission is to teach you to be Healthy; to be Healthy Wealthy.  Your jobis to learn; to be willing to learn. I will give you all the information I have to help you to be Healthy Wealthy. 
 
This is often one of the biggest decisions that people have to make; to make a decision about personal health and stay committed to the decision. Having great support helps you stay true to your decision. 
 
I am astounded at the current revelations about how much health care will cost in the future.  We hear about aging populations and the increased costs that this "burden" will have on future generations.  
 
Nowis the time to decide to take charge of your own health.  Create a plan  for yourself so that you will be healthy for your whole life so thatyou will not be dependent on a future over burdened health system. 

 

How do you feel about yourself?  When you look in the mirror do you say "Wow, you look great"? do you say"You look like some one that I want to spend time with"?

 

If not, why not?

 

Try it out - go and stand in front of a mirror, make eye contact with yourself and say "Hello, I am so glad to know you" 
 
Be your own best friend.

 

I can hear some of you asking am I personally, able to do this?  Mostly, yes.  Occasionally there is a small voice some where in my head that says some thing that is not at all helpful to making me feel good about myself.  I instigate a conversation between my Healthy Self and this nasty small voice.  The Healthy Self always wins. I have developed ways to deal with these limiting thoughts, and I can teach you these same techniques.

 

It is important to take charge of your thinking.  When you feel  in command of how you live your life, you feel more confident and you can say to yourself "I am really glad you are my friend; I am thrilled that you are in my life"

 

I know that it is important for people to lose weight, to change their body shape and to "look good". How you think about yourself is really important as well, because losing those 5 kg will help you feel better about yourself AND you need to feel good about yourself now.
 
More than this I believe that we need to be Healthy.  Let's start with the weight and we stay with me and I will teach you to be Healthy Wealthy.
